For bag-on-roll, the focus is machine produce bags for trash, recycling, medical, industrial & produce. For lose bags, the focus is on grocery, waste collection & industrial applications. These machines can be positioned off-line or integrated in-line to extrusion machines.
For pouch, the machines produce, standup, flat bottom, side gusset, quad seals and spouted pouches for food, cannabis, medical, pharma, OTC, industrial, cosmetic, home & personal care, and multiple industries served by flexible packaging.

As the distribution and service arm for the Americas, the plan is to use the current Karlville Converting American based organization to expand In.Pack business in the region. Selling & servicing has been the foundation of Karlville since the foundation in 1996. Karlville’s back office and experienced service team will morph into a dedicated In.Pack team that will work side by side for the expansion in North America.
In.Pack North America most recently expanded with new hires to cover market. To start, Tim Fox, will cover the Western half of the USA, based in Wisconsin. Tim brings to the table a strong flexible packaging equipment background with his past experiences at AVT, PCMC, HP and MPS. For the east, Rocco Panetta, will cover the Eastern States based out of New York. Rocco brings to the table a strong background in converting starting from extrusion and flexographic printing to in-line bag converting and pouch manufacturing. Previously selling new and used pouch and bag equipment worldwide, Rocco worked most recently with Pearl Technologies. A strong team, directed and supported by Raul Matos as EVP of Sales & Marketing, and John Price as President, the plan is to grow the In.Pack business in the USA to become the leading provider of bag and pouch converting machines within the next three years.
